The mission statement for Luverne Health & Wellness is to educate, treat, refer, diagnose, and care for patients in the most ethical, honest manner possible. The clinic and staff will be model citizens and make a positive difference in their community. This mission will be supported and achieved by:
Always explaining the condition and treatment to the patient.
Explaining what chiropractic care is and the role it will play in their health and well being.
Diagnosing each patient after a comprehensive history and examination.
Referring to medical providers within my community as needed for co-management of the patient.
Financial plans and insurance will be the responsibility of the staff and the doctor will make treatment decisions based on need while being blind to financial situations.
We will seek assistance in the care of complicated patients that we do not feel comfortable managing.
The staff of the clinic will be involved in their community through volunteer organizations, charity, and civic leadership.
